He made a sexist joke about women’s virginity and is dumping hate on a ship to cover up his own misogyny. it’s not about shipping, people who make it about shipping should really reevaluate their priorities. enjoy reylo or hate it, joking about how a women’s relationship is valued by who “lays the pipe” in her is messed up.

Makes it all the more awkward to see people ‘stanning’ him for his comments because, again, all some people seem to care about in regards to SW these days is how apparently awful the recent movies have been or how cringey they think Reylo shippers are.

That’s a good question too! Here’s a video on what happens to non-meat parts of cattle, but no mention of the brains. This article in Discover has more detail, written around Mad Cow Disease and focusing on the UK market. 

It says “Renderers process brains for use in laboratory reagents, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.” So I assume that the brains, with many other inedible parts, go to a rendering facility. I’m not sure if the brain goes to one particular thing or gets mixed up with other, similar parts for cosmetics, though. Maybe my readers can give a more specific answer? 

seconding the older cat idea, older cats tend to be happy to be alone. they might not be as affectionate, but every cat is an individual. I’ve had older cats who don’t give a rat’s ass if I’m gone for days but still love to come up on my lap, or anyone’s lap, for attention.

anon might be talking about the distribution of nsfw images to minors, which i’m pretty sure is a thing? i doubt anyone will give any shits honestly, especially not the fbi, but if they get caught posting nsfw stuff when they’re under 18, that might be a problem. Not sure tho honestly

i don’t have a twitter so i lose out on all this good stuff BUT! there’s a youtuber i follow who covers this stuff and i find it a lot easier to digest than reading anyway. Highly recommend ReignBot for general coverage of spooky internet happenings she’s cool and has covered this sun vanishing thing, if a little out of date but she does follow ups.

I mean what I can see make a difference is if you ingest anticoagualants (like aspirin, or if we’re taking the tea direction: willow dark) because they do make you bleed more so just… don’t eat effective anticoagulants while you’re on your period. Be kinder than that to yourself. I’m saying ‘effective’ because not every plant or thing that can have anticoagulant properties will be consumed in amounts where it actually matters. 

But aside from that, and maybe avoiding foods that already give you problems otherwise (like, if something is likely to give you stomach cramps - yes i do mean you, lactose intolerant people chomping down on ice cream right now) since pairing that will likely increase any sort of misery you’re already feeling.
