i’m doing okay thanks so much for asking!!!! okay so i made one really close friend, but she got sent home becuase a Lot of students are being forced to go home because of coronavirus. the vast majority of american study abroad programs made their students return home. schools in italy are shut down for two weeks-- basically what was going to be spring break anyways (except today which class was cancelled for). so my one close friend got sent home which sucks, so did a couple other people i really liked, but theres still some people here im friends with just not super close. the situation is putting me on edge because i’m going to prague tomorrow, and im really worried about being trapped there if the border/flight restrictions change over the weekend, or not being let into the country or something. im more comfortable here than i was at first (of course) but i still feel pretty alienated from everyone around me and now that the 1 person i was close to is gone its even worse. but im seeing a friend in prague and then toby is coming to visit me in rome over spring break so i wont be totally alone at least.

im not even worried at all about coronavirus as a disease, whats really scary to me is how much governments and school administration are freaking out, the fact that the 1 person i was close to was ripped away from me for no reason really fucking sucked and im very stressed about potential border/travel issues and peoples hysteria.

also i did badly on a few of my midterms which sucks big ass, but other than that classes are going well. lets hope they reopen in two weeks as planned.

I’m in the top SIX at my job for raising money for st Jude’s!! Number SIX! That’s NEVER happened before because being a host in a restaurant means you normally get less opportunities to have people donatenunder you, but, guys!! We did it!

My restaurant raised (so far, the fundraiser is still going!) 3,350!!

Chibis are still being worked on, for those who are waiting, going on a trip this week and been working all week as well (yaaay). I’m really sorry for the delay on those! While on my trip I’ll have some down time to work more! I’ve been sketching in my notebook at work, so just gotta get what I have into the computer and make them pretty! 😊💜💜
