I like that so far, it seems that every appearance of Venomous will likely have something to do with Boxman. I also like so far, every episode they are featured in continues to give new milestones (or developments) in their relationship. 

I’m not even dismayed by the fact that Venomous found Boxman embarrassing at first, because so far every time they interact Venomous just ends up genuinely impressed by Boxman and Boxman always exceeds his (meager) expectations. I think over time Venomous isn’t going to necessarily regard him differently, but definitely respect him more. I don’t expect any quick romantic developments. This feels more slow-burn to me folks but I dunno about y'all. Maybe its because I don’t trust the OK KO crew yet! -shrugs-

I wouldn’t be surprised if its revealed that one of the reasons he finds Boxman’s passion towards fighting heroes so impressive is because other villains don’t seem as committed as they should be. It could be that Venomous secretly finds other villains pretty shallow in their cause. Venomous seems to be very emotionally invested in fighitng heroes and also in destroying P.O.I.N.T, I wouldn’t be surprised either if something in his backstory reveals why its so important to him.

Fink already has glorb technology, and her powers don’t look or behave that differently from T.K.O’s powers. No wonder Venomous was able to identify a glorb processing facility by simply seeing one. One could argue that Fink’s powers being similar to T.K.O’s and the fact that Shadowy Figure was responsible for T.K.O and introducing to the audience about glorbs is more evidence that Venomous is Shadowy Figure. 

Speaking of Fink, she’s definitely being raised with kindness and tenderness that is necessary for a child. I hope that Venomous’ DRASTICALLY better parenting influences Boxman to be a better parent. I know the video in the playroom was probably a joke, but it was somewhat disturbing. I think I said he reminded me of a cult leader for robots. But it also kinda shows even deeper how this dysfunctional family dynamic works. I wouldn’t be surprised if Fink teaches the Boxmore robots to demand better from Boxman or defy him in some way.

I remember pointing out once that Boxman probably has really high standards for himself. In the Power is Yours episode, Boxman sounds like he’s harshly berating someone, only for us to find out he was talking to himself. It was funny, but if he talks like that to himself, its no wonder why he demands so much from his robot kids. Mind you, this is not a justification for their treatment, just an observation. 

It’s interesting that Boxman is considered a “joke-villain” despite being level -10! I know Boxman is dorky but man these villains have high standards, lmao. 

Someone in the discord said that Boxman was probably ruining the party on purpose, since he came there to prove that he doesn’t give a shit what others think of him. I bet he was a guy that used to be really embarrassed by himself (which could also be why he doesn’t like friendship) and learned to just really #OwnIt. That twist in the end was really something special, I actually felt really proud of him, plus it was funny. I knew my faith in taking him a little bit more seriously wasn’t misplaced!!!!

I really don’t LIKE the idea of Venomous using Boxman for some greater, personal means, but some of those theories do make more sense now. If I were to speculate however, if that is the direction they are going for it will only serve to develop Boxman’s and Venomous’ relationship in the end. Reasons being is that even if that were to happen, it still wouldn’t change the fact that Venomous currently thinks Boxman is trustworthy enough with a plan he’s definitely been formulating for a long time. Venomous is still sympathetic to Boxman, he looked genuinely sad when he thought that Boxman was upset by being hated by other villains. If he were to betray Boxman I don’t think it would happen without any remorse. Also, if that were to happen, I can personally imagine a scenario that Boxman doesn’t behave sad when he finds out, but instead, lashes out dramatically, enough to be intmidating and convincing Venomous what he did was wrong and being impressed again. But that’s just if that happens and its my pure personal speculation.

And the chip he shows him almost looks like a real wedding proposal. Anyways they’re Officially going to really work together more and I’m VERY happy about this development.

Boxman is quick to think of Venomous as a friend and I feel like with the way things are going Venomous will see Boxman as a friend too, but not know it until another big milestone happens.

I really like Villain’s Night In because it shows that its not just Boxman that benefits from their partnership. The Boxmore kids might learn to think for themselves more, Fink gets more friends and learns to like them, Venomous even comments that the siblings are better than his own babysitters revealing that the kids will probably interact more in the future, and Boxman will probably learn to be a better dad. Its feels like its previewing a dynamic that might work in the future. *wink wink*
