this silena edit! have you ever seen an edit so beautiful you cried? bc same. this is... no thoughts head empty, absolutely stunning! from the textures to the pictures and text, everything looks incredible! im super in love with the coloring, it’s so soft and it truly makes you think “yeah, she’s the daughter of aphrodite”. the second frame might be my favourite because of the way the text looks! i love the outer glow effect on both the text and the “mirror” (not a mirror, but the sky thingy idk could be a mirror), it ties everything together.

special shoutout to this tkak edit! since the style is kinda similar! i LOVE the text inside the mirror, it looks so cool, and with the outer glow too!! i guess i just like mirrors... but you found a really nice way to actually use the space both mirrors provided, and i really like that. also. coloring legend!!!

this hazel edit! first of all, big fan of the coloring! the torn paper texture looks really cool and i like the ripped part in the first frame. also really like the text placement, it’s not too much text and doesnt overwhelm the edit, but adds to the minimalist aesthetic. the dots on the second frame too! and i dont even think i wanna know how long it took to crop that horse, but it looks really good.

this manon edit! i don’t go here, but thiS!! EDIT!!! omg!!! at this point we know im a sucker for dark edits, so there’s no surprise i like this one so much. but what really fascinates me is the usage of textures!!! i love the smokey one in the first frame, it looks very ~mysterious~ and it creates a bit of a horror-esque aesthetic? also the moon!!! the moon looks dope, i love how you overlapped the blood and the person; also the fact that you can’t see her eyes adds to the mystical aesthetic.

this renee edit! i love. her and this. i’ve seen that picture of the girl used for renee before, but the way you cropped it and how you added textures and the background/text is so unique i wouldn’t even think it’s the same picture. the text placement in this edit is impeccable, especially on the last frame (++ i love the quote you chose!). i also really like when people make darker edits for renee for some reason, so this one is definitely a fave of mine overall.

this gopaf edit! DO YOU SEE WHAT YOU DID HERE??? ARE YOU AWARE OF HOW STUNNING THIS IS??? spare. some. talent. even like. a teaspoon of talent, pleASE 😭 it’s such a complex edit, so so many elements to it, but it still doesnt look like too much?? i love the red and blue colour scheme, especially the shade of blue you chose cause it kinda balances the brightness of the red? does that make sense idk!! also! the t e x t looks insane!!!! OH OH AND!! the way you made her look like she’s on fire or like she’s MADE out of fire!!! that’s also so damn cool!!!

another special shoutout to this renee edit! cause i spent a long time trying to find it! it has the coolest coloring and it’s one of my favourite poster edits cause it’s really simple, but it really makes me think about renee! big fan of the pink/blue combo, looks cool!!!

❀ : ow man, everything you make is literally stunning, how exactly am i supposed to choose 😭 you’re one of my favourite creators and SUCH a game changer around here!!! every time you post an edit i find myself just sitting here questioning how was that made, how is that something people can just??? do??? i love seeing everything you make and i just know you’re gonna become better and better as time goes by, not even the sky is the limit when it comes to your talent! anyway, let’s choose:

this jason edit! this is one of those edits that made me analyze it over and over again just to figure out how you made it! the colours are so bright and so fun!! i love the contrast between the light grey and black, and the addition of that very bright teal, they fit together super well and it looks very cool. like sometimes you just see an edit and immediately think “yeah, this is cool cool” this is how i feel about all your edits

this draco edit! i adore the colour scheme!!! that shade of green is so pretty, very slytherin indeed. also, the font choice is immaculate, miss shamina! we love to see it! i love how you made the text, especially on the forth frame! the dark/light looks really dope!!

this nora moodboard! i love moodboards! i love cool ladies! i love doodles! and this has it all!!! the coloring is also super pretty, makes it look very warm and soft!! i especially like the little clouds and how they move, it’s really cute 🤍

this percy snapchat edit! social media edits are always so much fun! there are so many details i love about this, starting with piper’s username being pipermccool, the blue cake preparation, the little wave in percy’s name, and also!!! you even made him a bitmoji!!! i love this so much, it’s very accurate to who percy is imo 🌊 and also! your gifs are so smooth, nothing but respect!

THIS ANNABETH EDIT! the coolest thing i’ve ever seen!!! it’s so damn amazing, i have no words!! the fact that you spent 7 hours on it omg it really shows!!! there are so many elements to it, the colours are beautiful and the font choice is perfect!!! i love how you integrated the text with the art in the first and last panels, the second panel is... im obsessed!!! i cant even imagine how long that took, but it really pays off! my favorite must be the 3rd tho, not only bc of the yellow background, but i really like the texture you used and im a big big fan of cut out letters!!! this is one of those edits that prove you’re such a brilliant creator and you can do incredible things!

shoutout to this pjo + disneyplus edit! everyone mentions all the time. it looks so real, im sure a lot of people were confused upon seeing it and you should be hella proud of it!!! every time i see it i get more and more excited for the show!

another shoutout to this seaweed brain edit! because making cursive is SO HARD and you made this look flawless! i love the pictures and the coloring, but obviously the text is the main focus on the edit and it looks great. the quotes you chose are really cute and they make me miss percabeth a lot 🥺

❀ : miss badrieh, if you dont already know you’re my favourite editor it means i did a horrible job as president of the badrieh fanclub! idk if i told u this already but your edits are the reason i ended up on litblr (is this a thanks to or because of situation,,, we shall never know)! i kept seeing them and asking myself how can one be so talented (i still do) and eventually decided to edit too. so thank you for being my inspiration! now onto choosing... this is hard, ok!!! (i literally have 13 tabs open, how can i only choose 5??)

this eli edit and this victor edit! im simply in love with this style!!! im a hoe for b&w edits, but the pop of colour you added makes it even cooler. you really encapsulated the essence of these two characters in these edits; i love when i can take a single look at an edit and already feel like i know the characters even if i wouldn’t have read the books! 

shoutout to this villains edit as well! the style is a bit different but it has kinda the same vibes (it’s the same series, ofc it does...) i love how you played around with the pictures and the text, it looks very unique!

you are the absolute queen of coloring, point proven by this harry edit!, this gone girl edit!, and this renison edit! your coloring is always so stunning, i dont know how you make all the pictures look like they truly belong together while also matching the vibe of each character/book. also!!! fukn text placement!!!!!!! good god, you have such a way with it! it’s always just the right amount of text and it looks so cool! you’re also really good at choosing quotes, i admire that. you’re not just going for the overused, popular quotes, you’re taking stuff that speaks to you and turn it into the popular quotes.

this kaz edit and this jesper edit! i mean... is this shocking? the pictures fit both of them so so well and the colour schemes are stunning! again with the text placement, which looks so damn good!!! also, i love the oilpainting effect in the jesper one; that became sort of ur signature and every time you use it, i have to stare a little longer to make sure it’s an effect, not actual art! but then again, your edits are art!

this iwwv edit! absolutely stunning. i sometimes go back and look at it and im hit by how gorgeous it is!! the coloring is pretty, but that’s nothing new lmao it’s more than just an edit imo, it’s a vibe. idk how to describe this but it feels like the book yk. i love the gif overlay you added, it ties everything together. and the “text inside the text” is *chief’s kiss*

this grover edit! queen, you inspired me to try out moving doodles in edits, but no matter how much i try, i could never come close to what you did here. this is my favourite edit of yours, but also one of my favourite edits on tumblr. it's so simple, the coloring is immaculate, there are not so many elements on it, but that’s what makes me like it so much. there’s beauty in simple things or some poetic bs like that.
