The letter delivered to the good Lady Luxelen was less social, more an official missive saved for those in a rigid service. It was freshly penned, the ink still a deep color, not fully soaked into the thick parchment serving as the base. The faint smell of cigarette ash stays strong as well, and the penmanship is somewhat sloppy, as though it had either been in a rush or the writer was not the most adept scribe.

Dear Lady,

Apologies for my short appearances as of late. I am afraid work and other details best left out of written word have occurred as of late. I am requesting at your earliest convenience a meet up in person, preferably in private. You’re more than welcome to come visit the Claw Territories and view our gardens while we speak - however I must impress upon you that this may be an urgent matter.

I do not make a habit of calling upon individuals. I hope this will not put you out at all. Please keep the meeting in your confidence alone for now.
