#bicycle stuff

i took her out with me and walked with the bike inbetween us a block, she adjusted to it pretty quick

so then i kind of walked on the bike with her next to me and it was a little harder for her to grasp staying away from the front real but she did super good

well maybe i technically shouldnt have but if fastened the leash around the body of the bicycle a  couple of times and started pedaling vveeerrrryyyy slowly

and she caught on REALY fast that it meant she could run. we ended up going in like a 6 block circle. the roads in my neighborhood this time of day are completely empty or else i wouldnt have tried it

you guys she had such a blast her tail was wagging the whole time she didnt want to turn into the driveway when we had circled back around

i definitely need to get the official attachment asap  bc im not gonna risk both our safety regularly taking her out without it

and ultimately im really happy i checked bc she did waaay better than i thought she was going to and it means im not gonna have to get the more expensive attachment that is designed for dogs that pull a lot. she pulled less on the bike than she does on a regular walk bc i was actually keeping the pace that she always wants to go

and the only thing that happened to either us was i scraped my knee a bit bc i got off my bicycle weird while trying to figure out how to get off around her 

now shes running up and down the stairs clearly pumped and wanting to go back out

i definitely need to get 1) the attachment 2)a more comfortable harness than her old one that i dug out for this 3) some mushers paw for her little feet pads 

and then im good to go

the issue with it that im having is like. when i actually start going Places ill be able to rest in between and i dont have that when im just going out for a ride to build stamina 

anyways im 90% sure i can make it to a lot of the places i need to be its just a matter of getting to know the roads and the best way around all the hills.
