I’ve done this to reflect my new instagram handle: f.ndingmyfaith (sadly I cant use periods in my tumblr name)

I’ve also began creating bible quotes on Canva, and i’ll be sharing these on IG first before I share them here! 

Join my journey through the NIV Bible for the first time here and on Instagram, as I begin reading (starting with John) and compare a newer and older NIV, and my Catholic Apocrypha from time to time, too! 

I began this journey back to faith for multiple reasons, one of which being, that my great-grandmother is passing away from multiple illnesses.

She was my religious pillar growing up, and my bond with Christ came from my bond with her. Despite loosing her to Dementia, I realised I didn’t have to lose this relationship any more than I already had. 

In her memory, I want to regain my faith, as I know how proud she would be. 

She has not left our earthly plane physically, however I believe her soul began to leave some time ago. 

Despite the pain I feel, I am ready for her to be at peace, and to be with my Great grandfather, and to return to Christ.
