A Christmas Story; When I was 15 my Grandfather met a New York boy in Regents Park and they became great friends even though there was 60 years difference in their ages. A little older than me he was working for CBS. That year I travelled to LA to stay with cousins in Studio City. The following year I was invited to stay with him in New York. A year later he moved out to Phoenix and I joined him that summer for three months. I fell so much in love with the heat that I spent the next four summers and thinking I would settle down rented an apartment in Mesa. During the next 25 years I commuted for business to the US 3 X’s a month in all spending 2 years of my life travelling through 43 states. One day I hope to take in the Dakotas, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Nebraska and Maine. In my fifties I took my daughter to Phoenix LA, SF, Monument Valley the grand canyon and Yosemite. Dropping her off at Las Vegas it was my turn to have 3 weeks of adventure and I drove 7,000 miles. A ? for you, do you think I have OCD? The reason I ask is when it comes to exercise it is all or nothing with me. Take today I couldn’t sleep, got up at 4am, did an hour of mobility exercises, 30 mins of Yoga, lifted logs in the Park.
