#beware scam

Guys, be very careful. I just got a message from this random account that started following me which claimed that they had 'flagged' my account by accident and was asking me to send a message to 'Tumblr' to sort it out.

If you see this username, block them immediately and be aware that a person cannot actually compromise your account like this and they're likely trying to scam you because this tactic in particular has been going around lately.
