Sometimes I wake up and still find it amazing that I can see the bones on my feet and the gap between my thighs. I’ve never really seen these for decades.

Before my lifestyle change, I only get my periods every 6 months. Now it's very regular. Sorry this is TMI but it's one of the advantages of getting your hormones corrected. Thanks to Cohen.
A friend found this at Cebu. ^_^ Just happy to inspire other people!
Started the year right with a proven Cohenite favourite - Mango Fabuloosh! Low fat yogurt from Rizal Dairy, sweet ripe mangoes, crushed Meiji crackers, a dash of coffee and stevia. Kinda tastes like Bingsu but better because it will make me lose weight instead of gain weight.
Luckily the Rizal dairy plant in Antipolo also sells their products. At least I don't have to go to Taguig Market Market anymore just to buy yogurt.
Gained 5.4 lbs for eating unconsciously for 3 days. Not bad at all. I was expecting worse. I had indigestion because of overeating on December 31st. #noregrets
Lost 3.4 pounds after just 1 day of EP. 2 pounds left and I'm back to my pre-new years eve weight.
Post-Media Noche (New Year’s Feast)
I just had 3 days of unconscious eating of Filipino cuisine and to be completely honest, I feel awful but have no regrets.
If you don’t know yet, Pinoy food is very tasty but compared to other Asian countries, Filipino diet is higher in fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium and sugar. Everything on our media noche table seems to have lots of sodium, sugar and oil. Aside from eating rice, we have puto, suman, kuchinta and other desserts which are all made of rice. Pinoys love rice.
Anyway, I promised myself I’ll give me some cheat days since it’s the holidays and just let go and relax for now, but tomorrow I’m back to my healthy eating habits. I haven’t stepped on the weighing scale yet. I’m not scared... maybe just a wee bit curious how much weight I gained in just a few days. Tomorrow’s gonna be a post re: Day 1 of my EP which I plan to stick to until I reach my UGW again.

Looking back to the old me, appreciating the present. Here's to a healthier, prettier me. And better eyebrows too! 😁
More Cohen advertisement spotted by church friends and ex-coworkers in magazines and their building elevator. ^_^
A fellow Cohenite found this on the front desk at the Cohen Lifestyle Centre in Manila. Woot! I’m a commercial model. :P I feel very inspired now. Today and the next days will be purely EP. No more unconscious eating. Haha!
