Experience the nostalgia and deliciousness of a classic diner burger. These burgers are simple, yet they offer 7 compelling reasons why they're better than fancy burgers!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices American cheese. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup lettuce leaves. 1/4 cup sliced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup mustard.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and black pepper to each patty to taste. Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for three to four minutes on each side for medium-rare burgers. You can change the cooking time to get the level of doneness you want. Add a slice of American cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely browned. Put a burger patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. Sliced pickles, diced onions, and lettuce leaves should be put on top of each patty. Put ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce. Put some of the special sauce on the top half of each bun. To finish the burger, put the top bun on top of the assembled ingredients. Warm up your 7 Reasons Diner Burger and serve it with your favorite sides. Have fun with the classic diner burger!
