These banana peanut butter bars are a healthy and tasty snack that taste like your favorite Larabars but are made with better ingredients.
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 1 cup pitted dates. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup peanuts. 1/4 cup peanut butter. 1/4 tsp salt.
Instructions: Put bananas, dates, and peanut butter in a food processor and blend them until the mixture is smooth. Put in peanuts, rolled oats, and salt. Mix well and pulse until a thick dough forms. Put parchment paper around the edges of a baking dish. Spread the mixture out evenly in the dish. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour to set. Make bars and eat them!
