#better situation

We still need help everyone please it's ashamed when we're trying are hardest to get away from a abuse situation and move to a better situation were the landlord treat us like #familystrong. All. I was trying to do is make it a smooth transition but as it looks now it's going to be just a normal transition.

What would you do in my situation? Where I work, I have a “office manager” who says she cares for all the staff members, but in reality, all she cares about is her front and gives 2 fucks about her back staff. Especially with the whole pandemic going on, she made all these protocols to keep everyone safe, but in all ness, she's pissing us off and making clients mad at us. she tells us to let us know when clients are getting mad for waiting for evers and a year to why we come out so late to get their pet(s) or come out with them. I don’t understand when we tell her things that are going on she doesn’t listen to us and tries to fix anything. She just thinks that everything is perfect and she only see fits of what needs to be fix and what doesn’t. It just really fucking pisses me off then the Boss of work doesn’t step in and say anything to stop all this fucking bullshit. Once I get my license, I’m fucking leaving that place if the fax hippo is still going to be working there. Its not worth y emotional and mental health of all the crap that I’ve been having to deal with the 4.5+ years I’ve been there. So much shit went down during those years. I’ve seen so much people come and leave because of the shit that they saw and dealt with.
