Real Life...I was weighing 215 at Christmas...I’m only 5’9 and I’m 47 - It wasn’t a good look...hello belly * This pic is from this morning....I’m now down over 20lbs since Christmas and can finally see my abs again and still have a few more to go... * It sounds so cliche but stress, bad mindset (playing the victim) and terrible diet played a huge role in my weight gain and loss * And a HUGE thank you to @prolonfmd and @audible for helping me reset both my diet and my mind!
