How times have changed! 10 years ago I’d be looking for the latest mix CD from DJ Zulu to take to bboy training, yet today I had a totally contrasting moment in my ‘dance development’.

I opened up Spotify to listen to my ‘Music for Concentration’ playlist and lo & behold, there was a suggested playlist called ‘Teen Dance Party’.

A Bowie Tribute (Actually quite challenging)

With the passing of London-born music icon, David Bowie, earlier this week, I was inspired by his music to challenge myself in dance.

I opted to freestyle, whilst seated, to ‘The Man Who Sold the World’, using whatever props were nearby. There was no preparation apart from having a light nearby.
