The Kirschtein Pout™
Jean likes to use what Bertl has dubbed “The Kirschtein Pout™” whenever he wants something. He’s too lazy to get up to make himself some cocoa? Out comes the pout and Bertl can’t help but do whatever he asks. He wants to watch his favorite movie even though they’ve watched it every night that week? Out comes the pout and Bertl reluctantly gets up to put the movie in.
Sometimes Jean uses the pout on other people to get him and Bertl a good table at a restaurant or better seats at the movies but Bertl gets a little jealous sometimes because “your cute pout is only for me, Jean.” They work out a compromise, though; Jean uses the pout to get them good seats while Bertl gets to kiss his pouty lips when they get home.
