This is what people almost never see in fitness posts - the UGLY side (more like face!🤣) of working out. When you’re at your final set of a gruelling workout and it’s that familiar battle between your body screaming to give up and your mind telling you to suck it up and finish it because you CAN. In fitness it’s really simple. You reap what you sow. I’ve said this before : the physical game is also a mental game. Many times your body CAN do that much more - it’s your mind that fills you with doubt or an easy way out. So go on, push thru that last set. You might be doing it slower, or use a regression in weights or movement - but GET IT DONE.
