feel like the most common genders i give my characters are "bigender she/he" and "third gender and/or i don't care (they/them or it/its usually)"
but also "priest" since i have a technically unknown amount of characters whose gender is just "priest"
this how im introducing a new oc they dont have a name or pronouns yet but thats not important
it's been dead for a long time you're gonna have to catch it up
some of my nonbinary characters identities simplified:
Quinn, Soot, Clement: societal priest gender. not much more to it
Margo: solidly in the third gender camp
Benison: this ones tricky cuz of hanheppi gender rules but benison is nonbinary in the sense that her identity falls outside the constructs of what hanheppi society deems the binary, i guess. basically she wants to keep using he/she pronouns even if they dont fit her job. which is weird and most people don't get it. still, she's more girl than not-girl, i think. though what that means in hanheppi society is still a bit iffy.
Atchkie: happy gender :) smiling gender :) they just don't see the point in being locked into categories they don't see as mutually exclusive. not that they've ever had to explain that, Mottlesong is a pretty fluid place so ppl don't tend to question what you call yourself (unless you were born instead of spawned but thats a whole different thing)
Dotty: i can't tell you that's spoilers
Quinton: also spoilers
Bella-Bonnie: Actually just fully a woman, he just likes he/him pronouns.
Toasty: Trans masculine nonbinary. a Guy but not a Man
Benbeck: too fluid to pin down, gender changes too fast so uses she/he/it as a catchall. doesn't use they cuz she thinks it's a "lame cop out pronoun"
