I usually don’t read Jily - as much as I love the characters, their (canon) story is just too heartbreaking, so I’ve tended to avoid Jily fics. But I stumbled across Two Blind Dates a couple of weeks ago, and then read Football, Calculus, and Cappuccinos, and… Oh. My. Gosh. You have completely sold me on these two adorable idiots.
I finished reading FCAC about a week ago, and I just can’t stop thinking about it - it’s one of those stories that leaves such an impression. I adore your writing, the way you develop the stories and your characters, the way you convey emotion so powerfully without ever being heavy handed with it. And you made me care about a sport that I’ve never watched more than two minutes of!
