"My girl should handle herself." she said, in response to you asking why you needed to learn how to shoot.

⋆.˚ bella talbot is the kind of girlfriend to be reckless, despite her put-together appearance. she gets an idea in her mind and there's nothing anyone can say or do. even if that idea is trying to make out with you at a gala. "no one's lookin', love. just once kiss, yeah? yeah, baby."

⋆.˚ bella talbot is the kind of girlfriend to be a little mean. it's just the way she was raised. but she's working on it. any time something harsh slips from her lips, she's taking the initiative to cool down before coming back with a level head. after argument cuddles are always worth the strife.

essentially, Sam's powers come in way sooner, like at age 11-12, and john is not taking it well. John is convinced Sam is evil now and is low key planning to kill him but can't go through with it bc it's his son. Sam doens't know this, but does pick up on the fact that John does not want him there. Also, Sam really wants and needs to learn how to control his powers, but John won't let him.

at age 12-13, he runs away when John and Dean are on a hunt. He doesn't go to Bobby's that would be too obvious, he rather just wanders for a bit, stealing to get by, hitchhiking from place to place and halfheartedly trying to find a convent of witches to show him how to use is newfound powers.

In his travels, he finds a sad, British girl, named Bella, crying about the fact that her father hurts her. when he hears about the nature of the abuse (pretty sure it was implied he SA'd her), Sam uses all his hunter skills to just go and fucking kill the guy with fucking cyanide or something.

They become fast friends, Sam teaching Bella how to live on the road, Bella teaching Sam how to lie effectively and manipulate people into doing what you want. they're almost like twins, other then Bella's accent. They make an crazy efficient duo, even for their age.

They eventually stumbles upon Rowena, who sees Sam's potential and realizes she can use him later if she plays her cards right. And well, the girl Bella is bright and ambitious and almost reminds her of herself. (eventually, he'll come to care for the young kid, almost seeing Fergus in him. it's like he's a do-over kid)

And that's how Sam Winchester and Bella Talbot, both like 14-15, end up being adopted by a the most powerful witch of the last 3 centuries, and the rest of her convent.

Hijinks ensue, mostly after Sam realizes he doesn't actually hates hunting and being on the road, he just hates his dad, so he somehow convinces Bella to give hunting a try. That's how two 15-16 year old baby witches start hunting together. (only small cases, or cases related to other witches, and Rowena knows where they are at all times) eventually, said hunting trips lead them to some witch who stole from the convent and it's Sam and Bella's job to get the stuff back. Unfortunately, this is the same witch that just took Dean and John captive for 'experiments'

Now what?

Dear god, I need supernatural, but let the writers actually like women. Anna, Ellen, Jessica, Mary, Bella, Jo, Charlie, and so many I’ve probably forgotten: you all deserve the fucking world.

Also Supernatural let your characters be gay for two seconds without killing them off. Dean started too close to the gay sun, so you make him make love to a rusty nail. Then we all know Castiel obviously. I still think about the one girl from season 2 that accidentally killed her girlfriend, and it makes me very sad.
