This is such a powerful tool to have in your back pocket. Perception is everything! Are you someone who sees the glass half full or half empty?
I recently finished a very physically intense day of work, dragged myself to a yoga class and part way through busted myself being grumpy in my head. I was judging the studio, the teacher, how my body felt and on and on. At some point I recognized I was choosing to see the world this way and was like “wait a minute, this is NOT fun”. I immediately decided to start thinking about all the things I am grateful for in the class and life (there are SO many) and my whole experience changed. It’s like having a magic wand!! This of course works wonders in big life experiences and not just yoga class 😉 As @gabbybernstein says, we all are going to have these moments in time where we fall out of alignment, we’re human, but how quickly do you catch yourself and return to love. Work on your #comeback rate and you take control of the game that is your life. More good plays = more good days, moments, memories ☺️ #awareness is the first step… And then it’s all about love baby!
