StrongVeganAthlete Chronicles
Paleolithic life included sprinting for life, if a 4000 pound short faced bear was coming after a human meal, or perhaps a saber tooth cat, such as or similar to smilodon, surprised a party ahead. This would mean two problems with existential considerations. First would be sprinting as fast as possible, to a tree or rocky cliff, and second, climbing out of reach. When hiking in remote areas, I am prepared to sprint, climb or fight using hunting knives, if my dog or I am threatened. So sprinting, climbing, and fighting back, would have been extremely primal and part of a Paleolithic lifestyle, whether those ancestors liked it or not. Water next.
