#I really go out of my way to answer any ask I get and explain why I think they way I think and present arguments #and while I know I'm not always right I at least feel like I put in the time to make others see why I think they way I think #then I go on fw twitter #and people are just 'this and that makes no sense'#or 'skate X have the worst skating skills'#or 'skater/team Y should have never even qualified for the FS/FD at Euros/Worlds'#and there's never any justification as to why they think it's true #but people just go with it without questioning it #and it annoys this shit out of me #because I think I covered why I think KoKo was the right choice over KanaDai including analyzing their performances in the past two seasons #the Japanese federation criteria for selevtion #and the overall potential rankings of both teams in the team event #but fs twitter decided that it makes not sense and people just retweet that crap without even trying to understand that there's nothing real #behind it #no actual argument is made #sigh #it's so disheartening to me that this is the level of discussion so many skating fans have #rant over and this will be deleted soon probably
