💚YOGA LOVE💚 Why can’t I ever pull this off in class?? 😄🌟 by that point in the primary series I am usually a bit like jelly from all the vinyasa! These moments are less common than you may think for many yoga teachers, we usually just manage to catch them when they happen 😉 The moments I really enjoy are those when my friends and colleagues who ‘don’t do yoga’ send me pictures of them playing with poses in their garden ☺️🥰💚💚💚. It makes me so happy that they are allowing just a little bit of the yoga love into their lives! And lest we forget you wonderful yogis who diligently turn up for your practice, week in week out, warming my heart and enriching the collective energy.
