You canât change your beginning, but you sure can change your ending. You canât go back and change what happened, but you can, spiritually speaking, reach forward and change what you want to happen. Thatâs what Philly teams are doing, and thatâs what Iâm doing too. Three troublemakers (Flowey, Chara, Frisk) must be punished. And one not moderately independent skeleton must become the tool of this punishment. Reset moved everyone back to several years. During these years there werenât any resets. It was strange but Sans was happy. Three days later from the conditional time of falling Frisk and her non-appearance older skeleton decided that nightmare was ended. He wanted to celebrate this occasion. But his holiday was interrupted by a frightened Snowdrake. He and his friends had played on old bridge (Not in the original) when it began to fall to the ground. But luckily Paps was there. With help of suddenly appeared telekinesis, he managed to throw them upstairs. But he himself fell with the bridge. Sans and the Royal Guard were trying to find something but they failed. Maybe the dust was washed away by the water of river. But nobody knew that the river had a secret undertow which connected it with the river on the surface. This undertow picked up Papyrus and brought him to the Surface. The Friskâs selected determination saved his life. But such a shock didnât pass for him without a trace. When he woke up on the bank of the river he didnât even remember his own name. So our story began.
Letâs see where this leads us...
I havenât come up with a title yet, but I am pretty sure that itâll come to me once I get this ball rolling.Â
CHAPTER ONE
Sera Woods sat in the cozy cafe, drinking a cup of coffee, as she waited for her two best friends to come. People were walking in and out, sitting at tables, conversing or just minding their own business as they looked at their laptops or phones. Soft jazz played in the background, adding to the calming atmosphere of the place.Â
The cafe was called âMarinaâs Coffee and Loungeâ. It was a local hot spot in Laguna Beach since it turned into a twenty one and over lounge after eight. There was no specific dress code at night, but everyone knew to dress classy. The cafe was rather large with regular tables as well as couches. The bar was in the shape of a circle, towards the back of the cafe. Two of the four walls was made of glass, and the atmosphere was set by the dim lights hanging from the ceiling.Â
Sera looked down at her watch and took a sip of her coffee. When she looked back up towards the entrance, her two friends walked in. Sera lifted her hand up and waved. Her friends looked over at her and walked towards her.Â
Morgan Bass, Camila Dominguez, and Sera had all been friends since they were seven. They were all actually from a small city called Shelby that sat outside of Houston.Â
When they had graduated from high school, all three of them packed their bags and headed to UCLA where they graduated with a Bachelorâs degree. It had been three years since then.
Even though they were all best friends, they all had different personalities and interests. Morgan was a surgical nurse for Kingsley-Hope Hospital, whereas Camila was a Location Scout for TV productions.Â
Sera was an executive assistant for Henry Clark, an operations manager for Caldwell Holdings Enterprise. She loved her job and she loved her boss.Â
Morgan lifted her hand and waved for the waiter to come over. She rested her head on her hand and looked up towards the waiter with a soft smile and sparkling eyes. With her other hand, she pushed her long blonde hair behind her shoulder and let out a soft sigh.Â
âW-What can I get you?â The waiter stammered as he fidgeted with the pen and notepad in his hands.Â
âA dirty chai, iced, and,â Morgan looked over at Camila and smiled, âa cafe au lait please.â
The waiter nodded and turned around quickly, bumping into another waiter.Â
âWow, Morgan. Way to go on scaring the boy.â Camila teased.
Morgan just looked at them and flashed her perfectly white teeth quickly changed her expression into a scowl. âI was beingâŚpolite. Anyway, did you-â
âYou flirt with anyone that breathes!â Sera interjected as Morgan tried to change the subject. âHeâs so young!â
âAnd what, Iâm old?â Morgan looked appalled as she gasped and covered her mouth with one hand and with the other, she placed on her chest as if it were to stop her âbeatingâ heart. The three looked at each other and began to laugh.Â
âHe looks like he might be a college student. Maybe twenty.â Sera looked over at the waiter. She squinted her eyes, acting as if she could see him better that way. âOh, look at that buttâŚâ
As if on cue, all three faced the object that Sera was identifying. It wasnât the twenty something nervous waiter. It was actually a man in a suit who had his back turned to them.Â
Morgan frowned and exhaled. âFalse alarm ladies. Itâs Adrian.âÂ
Camila let out a huge laugh. âHow is it you know my brotherâs backside better than me?â
Adrian turned his head as soon as he recognized his sisterâs laugh. Sera noticed the siblingsâ making eye contact. She knew he wouldnât be surprised to see the three of them together. Adrian used to joke that the three of them were practically joined to the hip. He made his way over to them and sat at the last empty seat at the table.Â
âHey Cami.â Adrian said, leaning over and kissing her cheek.Â
âI thought you were going to be at D.C for the week.â Morgan said as she leaned in her chair.Â
Sera mentally sighed.Â
Before Adrian could respond, the waiter came with the drinks. He smiled down at Morgan with a lot more confidence he had shown earlier. He placed the two drinks on the table and cleared his throat.Â
âSo, maybe if you arenât busy later on-â
âShe is.â Sera and Camila said at the same time.
Morgan raised an eyebrow at them. Sera just shrugged.
âIâm sorry. Iâm busy all week. But thanks for the drinks.â Morgan gave him her winning smile.Â
âIâll take an Americano.â Adrian said as he began shaking his head.Â
The waiter looked at all of them and sighed. He nodded and turned back to the bar.Â
âThat was smooth.â Adrian said, sarcastically.Â
Sera agreed. âMorgan loves giving men false hope.â
Morgan began to respond, but Camila spoke first. âMorgan is right. Why arenât you in D.C.â
Sera had known Adrian for as long as sheâd known Camila. The only difference was that Adrian wasnât around much growing up. He was eight years older than them. By the time they reached ten years old, Adrian was off to college. Adrian was a FBI agent, stationed in the Los Angeles field office. Adrian, like Camila, had dark brown hair and light brown eyes. He was about a foot taller than her though. He was a couple inches over six feet tall and had an intimidating figure. And just like Camila, he tanned nicely under the hot Californian sun.Â
Ever since Sera and her two friends moved out to California, Adrian was a lot more interesting to spend their time. When they first moved there seven years ago, he had taken them everywhere. And like a good, protective brother, he made sure no idiot had sticky hands with Camila.Â
âSeminar ended early. Iâm actually going to swing by the office later to pick up my partner. We have toâŚcheck something out.â Adrian said as he leaned back in his chair.Â
The waiter came and placed the cup in front of Adrian. Sera watched as Adrian tucked his tie into the middle of his button up shirt.Â
âPartner? I didnât know you swing that way.â Morgan scoffed as she took a sip of her drink.
Both Sera and Camila looked at Morgan.Â
âWhat the hell, Morgan.â Camila frowned.Â
âOh, itâs okay. She just has a stick shoved up her ass.â Adrian smirked.
âWow, real cool you guys.â Camila shook her head.
Sera didnât say anything. She had her suspicions on why Morgan was acting that way towards Adrian.Â
âWell, whateverâŚSo, do you guys want to see something?â Morgan asked, with a mischievous smile.
Sera and Camila both looked at their friend, waiting to see what she was going to show them.Â
Morgan pulled out her cellphone, did a little movement, and then put the cellphone on the table.Â
Camila grabbed it before Sera. Sera watched as Camilaâs eyes scanned over the screen. She gasped loudly.
âWhat is it? Give me the phone, Cami.â Sera leaned over the table and tried to grab the phone.Â
Camila pulled the phone away and leaned away from the table as she finished reading.Â
Sera jumped out of her seat and ran over to Camilaâs side.Â
It was then that she read the top text.Â
âAlice DuVant is pregnant?!â Sera gasped.
âWho cares.â Adrian said, enjoying his cup of coffee.
âWho cares? Alice DuVant is basically the princess of Shelby! Donât you remember that her father is none other than James DuVant?! He owns practically all of Shelby!â Camila spoke so loudly that others began looking towards them.Â
âSheâs not even married!â Sera added in loud whisper.Â
âPlenty of people get pregnant before marriage.â Adrian said, looking as if the news didnât faze him.Â
âNot in Shelby!â Sera, Camila, and Morgan said at the same time.Â
âIs she getting married?â Sera asked Morgan.
âYup. And guess who is the lucky guy?â Morgan asked, crossing her arms and looking smug.Â
Sera and Camila leaned across the table, waiting for Morgan to speak.
âGael Dominguez.â Morgan finally said.Â
Adrian almost choked on his coffee.
âWhat?!â Camila yelled.Â
This time, everyone in the cafe looked towards them. Some even gave them a nasty âbe quietâ face.
âAre you talking about my sweet, sweet cousin?â Camila asked. âHow did they even meet? He lives in San Antonio! And why havenât we heard of anything? Who is your source?â
âWell, I have a very reliable source. Lily is the one texting me. Apparently she is so upset since she had a thing for Gael. Everyone knows Gael. He goes to visit your parents almost every month. According to Lily, no one else knows sheâs pregnant. Heâs already proposed as well.â Morgan said.Â
âI canât believe Aliceâs own sister ratted her out.â Sera shook her head. She let out a dry laugh. âMorgan, I think you should change your career to gossip journalism.â
Before Morgan could respond, Adrianâs phone rang.Â
âHey man, how are you?â Adrian spoke into the phone. There was a long pause. âNo kidding! Wow, congratulations.â
Camilaâs eyes widened. She worded âGaelâ to Adrian. He nodded.Â
Adrian shook his head a and made agreeing comments. âNext month? No I should be freeâŚwait, really? Yeah, definitely.â
There was another long pause.Â
Sera and her two friends leaned towards Adrian, waiting in anticipation.Â
âIâd love to be your best man. SureâŚand hey, thanks for calling. Iâll see you there.â
With that, he hung up.Â
Camila burst out into laughter. Sera and Morgan couldnât help but join in the laughter.Â
âHey, Iâd love to stay and chat but Iâve got work to do.â Adrian said. He leaned over and kissed Camila on the cheek.Â
âSee you later, Adrian.â Sera said.Â
âSee ya.â Morgan waved as she looked down at her phone.Â
They waited for Adrian to leave before they spoke again.Â
âLooks like youâll be related to royalty.â Morgan smirked.Â
âYeah?â Camila joked.
âWatch, weâre not even going to be invited.Â
A week later, all three of them received an invitation to the Wedding of Gael Dominguez and Alice Lynn DuVant.

Why am I even here?
So...Iâve decided to start my very first blog....ever!
What this means: I am desperate to obtain motivation to write!Â
Since I was 8, I fell in love with reading. The first book I picked up and read cover to cover was from the magic tree house series.
When I was 11, I read âSomeone Like Youâ by Sarah Dessen. She is the reason why I am obsessed with love stories!Â
When I was 12, I wrote my very first short story (it was a horror story). I loved the fact that I was able to bring characters to life.Â
When I was 14, I read my first adult novel (Linda Howard), and I have been hooked on adult novels ever since.Â
I am 20 years old now and i have tried (unsuccessfully) to finish a story. Up until now, the most Iâve ever written was close to 20,000 words.Â
I have decided to create a âblogâ and force myself to finish.Â
So please read...Please motivate me...and please, make sure I finish!
The new is beginning and for those who cling to the old, the new will be horrible.
