Goals for the rest of this week:
Eat entirely clean for Thursday - fruits and veggies, including whole wheat grains and lots and lots of water! Friday - hit the gym, and aim at losing a total of 350 calories on treadmill/elliptical/bike. Drink lots and lots of water and squat!!!!!! Saturday - hit the gym, and aim at losing a total of 350 calories once again - the least!
Sunday - eat clean, home exercises, and I'm allowed one cheat meal? We'll see.
update - Thursday I ate clean, and Friday I tried to eat mostly clean but I went over my calorie intake for the day a bit. I didn't go the gym... but I walked 3 miles in total to my library, and back. SATURDAY I'm going hard in the gym and hopefully Sunday too!
