Oh hello, 2 year difference in face. It’s not the same angle but this is the closest I could find. The picture on the left popped up in my Facebook memories and I honestly didn’t even really believe it was me. It is crazy when you think about how we see ourselves compared to how others see us and even how we see ourselves in old pictures. I still have a long way to go but I am very happy with the progress so far. Seeing myself before and seeing me now has really made me see that it is possible to change and that if I just do life things will all come together. Just love yourself, stay positive and let things come as the come.

I found this photo from high school (left) before I cared enough about myself to exercise and eat well. Fast forward to post graduate school and here I am, probably the healthiest I've been in my life. I'm still working hard, but it's important to honor the journey and remember how far we've come. I believe I weigh about the same in both photos (max 5 lb difference)
I've debated putting up this picture since I took it last night. On the left is end of July of '16. The right is last night. Only 14.1 pounds difference in these pictures. I was trying on clothes to try and find something that fits currently. I decided to see what the difference was with this. And whoa. Keto has done me well even though I haven't been consistent. The top doesn't even fit at all anymore. It's so huge. My boobs have gone from a size 40G to a 38F. I have gone from having 2 bras that fit to like 10 now. I'm so excited about it.
