                               Pregnancy Glow!        

        Jade finally got the home theater furnished & invited her best friend Alexa over. Jade also has been sensing that something is different with Alexa. She hasn’t been calling & texting as much. So now that Jade has down time & Khalil is away working, she thought this would be a perfect opportunity for them to catch up.  

Jade: What’s going on Alexa? I can tell that there is something wrong with you. Alexa took a deep breath & sighed.                                                                     Jade: Come sit over here.                                                                           Alexa got up & sat by Jade.

Jade: So what’s going on Lex?                                                                     Alexa began to tell her what she has been holding onto for 3 weeks. She was ashamed                                                                                                     Alexa: I’m 10 weeks pregnant.

Jade was stunned.

Jade: Are you serious Alexa? Again? Whyyyyyy?? Alexa fell silent. Jade: So are you gonna keep it this time? Alexa: Yeah, I want to. Jade: So you want to be his 3rd baby momma? Even though he hasn’t claimed you as his girl still? I don’t even have to ask what he has to say about it. Alexa sniffled to fight back tears. Alexa: Same as the last 2 times. He doesn’t want another baby momma.  Jade: Damn Lex!. You already have to deal with his baby mommas harassing you. I’m sorry if I came off harsh or judgmental, but I hate that you go through this. You don’t deserve it.I just want the best for you. It breaks my heart to see you can’t let him go. Now this?

Jade eyes began to water.

Jade: No matter the outcome, I am here for you & I love you.

Hearing the truth out loud & seeing how this affects her best friend made Alexa burst out into tears.
