These Garlic Herb Grilled Beef Kabobs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for summer grilling. The beef is marinated in a flavorful mixture of garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper, then grilled to perfection alongside colorful bell peppers and onions.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks.
Instructions: Olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put the beef cubes in the bowl and toss them around to cover them all with the herb mix. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours to marinate. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put beef cubes that have been marinated on skewers and then add chunks of red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion in between. Kabobs should be cooked on the grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the beef is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred. Take the kabobs off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Enjoy these tasty grilled beef kabobs with garlic and herbs!
