Back when I lived in Santa Fe, I was given a pillow cover that read, “Be bold or italic; never regular.” Fast forward to now, and I am living in South Florida, and I find that same thing on a travel mug at Target. It was on sale for less than $4 (though, I’m not totally surprised due to the fact that it’s a wee bit difficult to read), nonetheless, I thought it was adorable. ⁣ ⁣ As cheesy as the quote it is—especially for a writer to have in their life—I think it’s a good message. It goes without saying that being you to the truest extent you can be, is the best version of you. ⁣ ⁣ We are all made different and unique for a reason, and that’s what makes living so amazing. There is no one out there who is you. You are the only you that exists.
