I finally got a library card, and I so fell down the rabbit hole of everything the library actually offers!
Here are some of the highlights:
⚡️Hoopla. Free dgital borrowing. I've been reading the atla comics and watching Neil Gaiman's MasterClass (I only wish I could borrow more than 4 things every month, but hey it's still amazing).
⚡️Kanopy. I love that there are indie Canadian movies! You don't see those anywhere else. I already have a few movies bookmarked.
⚡️Beanstack. My library's doing a summer reading challenge through beanstack and you get a chance to win prizes.
⚡️LinkedIn Learning. I did enjoy some of the courses in the past, but I haven't had access since I finished college, so I'm going to try it out again.
⚡️Mango Languages. I haven't tried this one yet, but it's a free language learning app.
I know this probably isn't news to people who regularly use the library, but for some unholy reason, I've never had a library card until now, so you will hear me rave about it, alright? Alright.
