1st off good! Awesome yes! Save beagles and animals from animal testing

2nd I haven’t been super following the stories of them I just keep seeing posts about the people fostering them or adopting them and being like my wittle baby they’re so scared and frightened I luuuuv them which like yes they’re majorly traumatized and I’m just hoping that the people who end up as their forever owners are actually equipped to deal with a dog with that much baggage and have experience with dogs cause having a dog that anti social and scared is a really hard job and is so so much work to train them out of it and gain their trust and build them a safe environment

3rd I REALLY hope that this mass exposure of beagles doesn’t make them the “hot new dog” like beagles are already very popular dogs and I love beagles my aunt had one when I growing up and he was such a great dog but we don’t need breeders exploiting what is supposed to be a positive here especially if someone wants a beagle don’t bother going to a breeder a ton of dogs in shelters are beagles or at least beagle mixes they do make great dogs but they’re also very stubborn and very loud which can be super frustrating if you don’t know how to handle it and I used to volunteer at a shelter and so many beagle/mixes got surrendered because the owners couldn’t handle the constant loud barks
