For me Chloe is just resting on pretty here. She is rocking her 60s in a cute and quirky way. The makeup looks great, but I am not sure this would catch my eyes in a magazine. If Chloe had done something to actively stand out, it might have been a different case. But as it stands, I can understand the judges not being fans of this shot.

And no surprise Olivia with her magical face got first call-out for the makeup ad. This shot is just effortlessly beautiful. She is the perfect mixture of harsh bone structure, with soft edge. If all these were in a magazine, Olivia’s quirky elven beauty would definitely be the one to catch my eyes.

I’m still unsure on whether I agree with the judges; this shot is definitely gorgeous because of Alannah’s face, and while that is the star feature, I feel I appreciate the makeup more because of her. I am inclined to say it would work as an ad, but I guess I am not their target audience so can’t really say for certain. But I can appreciate how gorgeous Alannah’s bone structure looks here. Her jawline is beautiful, and those cheekbones could cut ice.

Only Tallulah could pull off such a bizarre pose. It isn’t a flawless shot, her neck looks awfully thick, and blends into her body. But her face is spectacular. This is the kind of shot that would catch my eye in a magazine, and make me notice the makeup.

Jennifer’s face is absolutely stunning. There is no denying this is a marketable shot, but it isn’t quite as striking as the other three. It feels the most commercial, but that is just who Jennifer is. The girls are for different markets, with the top 3 just being a bit more fashionable. I think Jennifer’s features are softer, and a bit less unique. Her pose is also a bit awkward, the shoulder hunch could have been done more gracefully.

This is definitely not Simone’s finest shot; it doesn’t look like a makeup campaign, and more a movie poster for a pretty alien overtaking the earth. There is something about her face which just looks off here. Both her eyes seem a bit psychotic, and too intense, and her lips look like someone has shrunk them. The photo just is just off proportion wise. Even with this shot being the weakest, I think putting her in the bottom 2 (if we can even call it that, more like being called to safety last) was a bit harsh, since there were two shots to judge this week.
