Here's Tom.. This was his 1st time deadlifting.. We started in a higher position, due to mobility issues and also gauging his strength.. Once they were addressed We were able to decease the hight Of The pins on the rack, and increase the weight on the bar. Once he was comfortable and confident, We then started from the floor.. He done a very good job, His form was very good come the end of the hour.. Looking forward to seeing him progress over the next couple of weeks💪 We also had time to go over his squat technique.
