2023 gave us "Mario and Luigi love each other so much: The Movie"

2024 is giving us "Mario and Luigi love each other so much: The Game"

We know 2026 is slotted with The Super Mario Bros Movie sequel. We'll just have to wait and see what 2025 has in store.

Figures that I break the non-drawing streak with something that required effort. I mean, we've got two characters overlapping, a sad attempt at a birthmark on Daisy, and a perspective that made me give up on Mario's backside.

Other than that? @bberetd's DITYS was a ton of fun. I wasn't actually sure I'd have anything to show for myself, and getting Mario the right size with paper and pencil took me a few tries. But ayo, here we go! Have a sketch!

12. A trope you're really into right now

I'm not sure if this counts as a trope but if it does, it's a Shy Person/Confident Person dynamic, especially if it's the former being a male and the latter a female, kind of like Luaisy.

Another one I'm into is the normally calm and collected person snapping after certain circumstances, such as if someone hurts someone or something he/she cares about or someone doing something so unforgivably evil.

15. Favorite weather for writing

I believe I can write in any weather. However, there's something special about writing when it's raining, unless it's a huge storm. The raindrops tapping softly against your windows create such a calming and conducive ambience for some reason. On the flip side, writing during heavy winds is my least favorite because the gusts are so noisy and tend to throw my concentration off. 😅

21. When did you publish your most recent fic?

As far as my finished fics go, I published (or posted) "The Scent of Revenge" on 8/6/24. For my current WIP, "Blossoming Connection", I posted the latest chapter on 8/24/24. I'm hoping to have the next one posted some time next week if not this weekend.
