Vivi Relationship Guide!!

It reads very Lane and ESP Lane x Vivi coded to meā¦
Itās all yearning and angst baby! Sure thereās tons of fluff and comedy in their interactions but but but the bulk of the time they knew each other is spent either with emotional distance, physical distance, or BOTH!
Iām working on a short fic featuring their uhā¦*does meth in head*ā¦.7 YEARS APART! They pretty much stop talking and donāt see each other for 7 years and yet they never forget about each other for a minute. Even when they try or let it happenā¦

Anyway! Relationship lines time:
(These are all subject to update as I keep writing fun little stories and learning more abt my Vivi! She started like all good OCs do, as a self insert and then became smth of her own almost immediately. And as I learn more abt the characters too Iām sure thatāll change as well).
Amelia: Best friends, the only distance being the long physical distance between where they live. Met in HS when Amelia was a senior and Vivi was a Junior! Vivi did advanced math courses and often went over to Ameliaās place to do their math homework together.
Amelia would drag Vivi to parties and brought out the fun side that her parents tried their best to crush and Vivi gave Amelia her undying loyalty and relentlessly fought for her. And they liked kissing while drunk at house partiesā¦.
Amelia mostly calls Vivi by her name but emphasizes the syllables. (Vee, Vee). She otherwise does the same pet names she does with her other friends. Vivi calls her Bee :)
Ludwig: Interacted a little in school, I do plan on writing more shy Lud & jealous Lane in the future but they otherwise donāt interact much! Vivi may meet Lud after reuniting with Lane and she would compliment his hair (likes long hair on men). And tell him that he smells. And thatās why he has no bitches around. (Sheās saving all Lud fans trustā¦)
Lud thought she was hot and scary to talk to (what girl ISNāT he scared of talking to..) and wouldāve had a surface level crush on her bc she resembles his Hinata-chan, but bros before hoes always and he wouldnāt do his bro Lane dirty like thatā¦
Their first official meeting was Saturday, but I have some ideas for an actual first meetingā¦
Lane: Theyāre each otherās drag pathsā¦The unfortunate right person wrong time 100% matches them. Vivi meets Lane where he is. When heās being grandiose and dramatic, she shoots right back. Sheās caring without being controlling or manipulative. She sees the teenager finding his way in Lane. And Lane? He reminds her that sheās also a teenager too. That she doesnāt have to be in a constant state of survival. He also fools her into taking breaks and care of herself.
They never officially date in High School, they both have too much going on for that...but when theyāve had some time to figure themselves out, they find themselves right back to where they started with less of the baggage that they had before. And they like each other even more :)
I think Lane ends up calling her Darling, Sexy, Foxy, alongside his usual pet names like Pretty & Baby. Vivi does call him Laney, idiot delinquent, asshole, butterhead(?) and recently Rainey. I realized that with the relationship they had in High School, Lane would likely cry in front of her. Most likely after being caught a few times in his car or after leaving the house after a bad argument with his mom. She teases him a little but becomes his safe place to cry without judgement.
They both know home isnāt really home for them. They find home in each other instead.
ā¦Lane would still rather die than admit that they were friends in high school though. He would just say that he was always chasing, always courting, but the reality is friends came before everything else. Except maybe attraction.
I imagine it being attraction ā> friendship ā> home ā> love
Anyway if I keep going on about this I will never stop and instead of just imagining their relationship I should go write itā¦.
BB: I initially wasnāt gonna have her know BB at all, but then I imagined a conversation between the two and it was REALLY fucking funny so Iāll be writing a double date into Vivi/BB scene soonā¦ She pokes fun at him at he just. Sheās just charming enough and well, female enough that he canāt really get angry with her but then he doesnāt know what to do. She loves fucking with him too. Randomly shouting AT EASE to trigger his soldier instincts, calling him big boy with a super, super flirty tone, talking about the third amendment, and saying SIR YES SIR sarcastically when heās trying to be seriousā¦and Iām sure Iāll think of many more interactions.
Serkan & RB: Never meet as of rn. I do think if she saw RB in a parking lot with those little car ears she would say RAWR XD out loud and do the little paw thing, and then giggle to herself. Serken she would think is neat, maybe Iāll write him doing like an oil change or smth for her. Hm. Hmmā¦.
RJ: She would buy monsters from him. And some snacks. He would just be like cha-ching. I donāt think they interact otherwise thoughā¦
