This thing happens right after the explosion in the daycare, or i guess a few hours later. Bat twins were just leaving the theater, so they weren't teleported but were a bit affected by the explosion. After a short climbing through the rubble, they saw that the daycare was in absolute shambles. They were fast enough to hide before Bloodmoon and Ruin showed up, so he just stayed hidden until Solar found him, which took like a day or two
