How Dick handled the situation between him and Damian in Robin #5 further proves to me that Dick would have absolutely gone after Damian during Pennyworth R.I.P. had he not had amnesia.
You know when Babs said this to Bruce after Damian left?
I think it would've been super fitting for Dick to suddenly be like, "I'll go after him." And for him to chase Damian down so that they could've had another moment like this:
