Finished our backpack/bikepack adventure week on a high note today. We added more miles on the Ammonoosuc Rail Trail, stopping in Bath for lunch at the Brick Store. (Great subs!). After finishing in Woodsville we crossed the river to Wells River and the P&H Truck Stop for the best banana cream pie in the world. We stopped in Bath on our way to Polly’s Pancake Parlor. We went to the Brick Store, America’s oldest general store, and then walked over the Bath Covered Bridge, dating from 1832, it is the second oldest of Bath’s three covered bridges and New Hampshire’s longest.
