I can see it ending in Bat-mite getting so frustrated with his lack of progress (which is entirely his fault) that he eventually crashes out at Bruce, which actually ends up succeeding somehow

That, or Bruce is unable to handle it all, and Bat-mite coincides in letting him do whatever he wants, in the hopes that he'll "come back" without all the meta-knowledge (perhaps through some more of his meddling?)

Just to say, I really liked that ask about Bruce becoming self-aware, and that last line about bat-mite got me thinking

Maybe it was his fault that Bruce can see through the fourth wall, an accident like when Mxyzptlk accidentally gave 99% of his power to Joker in that one storyline. If Bruce reacts in the way you said he would (which I can totally see); Bat-mite is almost definitely not letting that happen. He's not going to let his no.1 favourite superhero go out like that because of him, as much as he enjoys watching him struggle from time to time, because HIS Batman never gives up, it wasn't what he intended to happen, etc. etc.

I can see him giving Bruce a talk almost to try and stop him from doing anything drastic, and maybe even hanging around for a little while to try and give advice on how to live while he's self aware, or something. Not that it would be all that helpful, not only due to Bat-mite being the way he is, but also as at the end of the day Bat-mite is mainly doing it to see his blorbo back in action, and then out of a sense of guilt.

(why can't he just use his 4th dimensional powers to revert whatever happened to cause Bruce to become self-aware? Reasons. Sorry if you aren't interested in this, I hope you're having a good day)

Prime or Ck as he preferred to be called was in his apartment organizing some old comics together when he heard and knock at the door. When prime answered it he saw what looked like a young Batman maybe mid to early twenties.

“okay I know you're not a Batman or one of his mini bats so why are you in my home"

“well safe to say prime you and I have a strong disagreement on whether Batman or Superman is better you can call me dedrick."

The mysterious stranger replied.

“so are you from Earth prime like me" Dietrich"? "

Prime asked the young man.

“not exactly I'm doing this in part because mixy didn't want to annoy you said you were too much of an annoying comic geek to pester so I'm doing it instead"

Dedrick told him snapping his fingers and prime felt weaker closer to a regular human. With another snap of dedrick's fingers primes clothes were gone leaving him in his white briefs.

“relatively normal comic geek so tighty whities are to be expected prime but I'm still going to have some fun with it."

Dedrick said as he pushed prime to the wall grabbing the back of his briefs and pulling up.

Prime grown in pain until he realized just who he was dealing with.

“so Blake I just realized you're the amp that annoys Batman bat might right? "

Prime questioned Dietrich through the pain of the wedgie as Blake picked him up off the ground and began bouncing him.

“correct prime and this is pretty fun we should do it more often."
