Pulled Pork Wraps at Coffee Pen. The pulled pork is the real McCoy, none of the flavourless ignorant tuggy stringy masquerading bits. You can tell Fumi has lovingly slow cooked the pork with sympathetic flavours. Combine the pulled pork with a cabbage and granny smith apple slaw with a choice dressing of lemon, dill and majoram, you get a wrap that looks like an enticing Christmas cracker without the cheap toy and party hat inside it.
