anyway, thank you for sending this in! as for the translation, it’s a bit complicated tbh because ‘fucked up’ can be translated in waaay too many different collocations but the general meaning is something along the lines of:
‘Mamo, mamo, jestem tak bardzo popierdolony.’
you could substitute the word ‘popierdolony’ with ‘pojebany’/’zjebany’/’pierdolnięty’ etc but i think ‘popierdolony’ carries the heaviest significance
