Remember Ariana from Date #5: Sporting Event Date? Here she is to answer some questions!

Going into the date, what were your thoughts/feelings towards participating in the project?

"I was curious about the project and just wanted to meet [Evan] and this seemed like the only thing [he] had time for ;)"

How would you rate your expectations going into the date?

"I knew we would get along based on previous communication so my expectations were high in that I expected to have fun and laugh a lot because I think [Evan is] funny."

How much research did you do on Evan prior to the date?

"[Read his] other blog wwwk & twitter and I waited outside [his] house ;)"

What was your first impression of Evan?

"Seemed a little nervous but excited and very nice."

How did knowing about the project affect the date in your mind?

"I knew it was the beginning of the project so I tried not to let my feelings run wild but I also just wanted to enjoy the time so I tried not to think about it/ hold back."

Does anything stand out for you from the date in particular?

"I felt like I was in a movie -a rom com as [Evan] put it."

Do you recall any missteps that either you or Evan made during the date?

"The failed kiss -[his] arm got stuck but [he] still should have went for it. Not that little peck..if [he] really made out with me then it would have been better but it really wasn't a big deal."

How many of your pre-date assumptions (either about Evan or the date) turned out to be true?

"I'm not sure- I mean I guess I was correct in assuming that [he was] nice and funny and fun."

Pretend that this date was not part of the OHD project: How would it have been different?

"I don't know if it would have been different on my end."

Was your impression of the project by the end of the date different from your impression at the beginning?

"My impression changed only in that I realized how serious [he was] about it."

How did you hope your relationship with Evan would change or evolve?

"Honestly in the beginning I was pretty bummed and sad that things weren't going evolve because I wanted [him] all to myself."
