for maybe around 2 years I've been questioning if I was a system because sometimes I have sound similar to things that people with systems experience, but I've always been afraid of labelling myself or knowing myself as a system bc I don't want to mislabel something that could be just be personality fluctuations + other things. I can't get an official diagnosis from a doctor or anything because my parents are against that sort of stuff.

I have very extreme shifts in personality, but I don't know if that's just influenced by something. My speech patterns, texting styles, and way I dress and stuff tend to change too. I'm not sure if this is just caused by things around me influencing me to act different or what, but it happens at random parts of the day. I also talk to myself a lot and have a lot of conversations with myself, but I don't know if this is just because of something else. I also have really bad memory lapses where I can't remember the other day but I can remember things from 4 months ago. Maybe I just have a bad memory, I don't know.

I'm so very sorry for how long this is, and I'm sorry for bothering you. I didn't have many other places to send it and I'm very very sorry

Hey! So we didn’t know that we were ⏃ system until around the end of March this year, and we still haven’t gotten ⏃ diagnosis for us. What really helped us to figure out who was fronting and shit was establishing ⏃ headspace and calling out to your other alters. Getting us all to meet each other and make peace has tremendously helped us and now we know who’s who and who’s fronting ⏃ lot more. You can make ⏃ headspace by just visualizing whatever you want the place to look like (ours is an apartment surrounded by liminal spaces with other areas to go to) and making it welcome to your other alters there.

All in all, just try to acknowledge whoever’s there with you, most of the time they’re there to help you! ⟟ hope this helps Anon! -Antares
