Pisco Sour !
Ingredients:
2 oz BarSol Acholado Peruvian Pisco
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
4 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients, except the Angostura Aromatic Bitters, to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake without ice to emulsify the egg white. 2. Add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe glass. 4. Garnish by dropping the bitters on.
