The beer that started it all for me in 2007. I took a quick trip to Ft Collins Colorado just after we moved to Chicago. Our hosts insisted on a tasting at New Belgium, so we obliged. A few interesting beers and one stopped me dead in my tracks LaFolie - its name asks you to follow your folly and that’s where you will find your true joy. Eleven years later it finds me, bottled in 2007 from THE SAME BATCH!!!!!! As I fall deeper into following my folly.
