@pixelzpal submitted: hi! i was wondering if i could get an id on this guy :o) we’ve always had a lot of them in my house but the thing that’s always made it hard for me to try and id them myself is.. they all seem to be differently shaped ..? like between four no two will be the same shape or size lol. ([removed])<(pls remove)
If they’re differently shaped, then they’re most likely different species, or you’re seeing males and females. This one looks to be in the genus Araneus, but I can’t get more specific than that with any confidence. Mayyyybe a barn orbweaver, Araneus cavaticus.
