The coiner of Miscefolk/Canis/Animalis has made it clear both publicly and privately that they do not wish for you to use their flags or terminology. You have outright stolen their symbol and have relabeled to include a group that is harmful to systems. The coiner never supported the use of their terms or their flags for endos.

You can't control who uses your terms after they are posted. You can't claim someone stole something you posted, especially after the fact, after years of being posted with no saying that this is not for x group of people. and even then, people will still use stuff.
Identity and labels do not have a discourse stance.
