Fairly brief reactions, bc I have flu and spent most of my energy on the transcript. 

It’s interesting how the story plays out in the end. Nazr is all about the football team and his duty to community, and he has the chance of finding someone else, while Frances stands to lose more. Ultimately, however, Nazr was the one to make the monstrously selfish choice, while Frances sacrificed herself. 

I’ve tried to consider, what if it were myself and my boyfriend Toby? I love him and basically my whole life is about him. I do things on my own, obviously, but being able to share it with him makes me feel happy and complete. If he weren’t there, half of the joy of everything would be lost. I would probably never get over it. ETA: Toby said he would destroy the other universe for me. I suspect I woul do the same for him.

Is it a murder if the people just cease to exist? 

And would anyone actually take Barks Ennui’s offer? Wouldn’t we all rather die just in case there’s some kind of afterlife? It’s hard to say. 

What is the Brown Stone Spire and how does it have that kind of power? 

So this storyline definitely made me think, but I’m also a bit salty that they made us care about two peripheral characters only to break their (and our) hearts. Ice cold, Joseph. 

Also, I liked the weather a lot.
