Johnny Carson: [to his producer] Now, Fred, how would we be seen there? Ed McMahon: Cable. Fred DeCordova: Over the border. Over the border. Ed McMahon: Our show beams right over. Johnny Carson: I did not know that. Angie Dickinson: I was able to tell you something you didn’t know? Johnny Carson: I didn’t know that at all … I didn’t know we went into Hope and Yale.
